At Snuggle Stitch, every piece is designed to be deeply personal. Because our products are intended to carry a mother’s scent and be worn close to the skin, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
This policy is rooted in both hygiene and purpose. Once an item has been worn, even briefly, it becomes part of a unique scent bonding experience. Allowing returns would compromise the integrity of that experience for another family.

If your item arrives with a defect or issue, please reach out to us at hello@snugglestitch.org within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
